Psalms 112:2 (ERVEN) Easy to Read - English

1 Praise the Lord! What blessings there are for those who fear and respect the Lord, who are happy to do what he commands.
2 Their descendants will be given power on earth. Those who do right will be greatly blessed.
3 Their family will be very rich, and their goodness will continue forever.
4 A light shines in the dark for those who are good, for those who are merciful, kind, and fair.
5 It is good for people to be kind and generous and to be fair in business.
6 Such good people will never fall. They will always be remembered.
7 They will not be afraid of bad news. They are confident because they trust in the Lord.
8 They remain confident and without fear, so they defeat their enemies.
9 They freely give to the poor. Their goodness will continue forever. They will be honored with victory.
10 The wicked become angry when they see this. They grind their teeth in anger, but then they disappear. They will never get what they want most.
1 Praise H1984 ye the LORD H3050 . Blessed H835 CMP is the man H376 NMS that feareth H3372 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS , that delighteth H2654 greatly H3966 ADV in his commandments H4687 .
2 His seed H2233 NMS-3MS shall be H1961 VQY3MS mighty H1368 AMS upon earth H776 B-NFS : the generation H1755 of the upright H3477 AMP shall be blessed H1288 .
3 Wealth H1952 NMS and riches H6239 shall be in his house H1004 B-CMS-3MS : and his righteousness H6666 endureth H5975 forever H5703 .
4 Unto the upright H3477 LD-AMP there ariseth H2224 light H216 NMS in the darkness H2822 BD-NMS : he is gracious H2587 AMS , and full of compassion H7349 W-AMS , and righteous H6662 .

9 He hath dispersed H6340 , he hath given H5414 UNKN to the poor H34 ; his righteousness H6666 endureth H5975 forever H5703 L-NMS ; his horn H7161 shall be exalted H7311 with honor H3519 .
10 The wicked H7563 AMP shall see H7200 VQY3MS it , and be grieved H3707 ; he shall gnash H2786 with his teeth H8127 CMD-3MS , and melt away H4549 : the desire H8378 of the wicked H7563 AMP shall perish H6 VQY3MS .
